On October 15, 2024, POWERBASE partners met for the second day of the POWERBASE Kick-Off meeting.
The day started with presentations by the leaders of the Work Packages on Dissemination and Communication (Marijn van Jaarsveld, ARTTIC Innovation GmbH) and Procurement Preparation (Eleni Lianou, KEMEA).
There were also procurement trainings by Filomena Vieira (Vieira Procurement Legal Services) and Eleni Lianou.
In addition, the second part of the day featured the first part of the Workshop on Scenario Definition, led by Jakub Liščinský, MBA (ASSR), and Imre Szabján (HCSOM).
In the evening, the consortium visited the local chapter from the German Federal Technical Relief Agency (THW) in Hofheim. The local chapter showed the consortium the facilities and demonstrated different kinds of diesel generators and other equipment.
