On January 21st, the Italian national workshop organised by CNVVF brought together a diverse group of stakeholders to explore their needs for innovative power solutions for emergency response operations.
Participants included multiple regional civil protection organisations, a power network, a rail network and hospitals.
Discussions focused on identifying the specific needs of emergency responders for mobile, low-emission, reliable, and self-sufficient power supplies. These insights will contribute to defining common energy requirements for Bases of Operation and Emergency Shelters in the context of three key scenarios: wildfires, floods, and earthquakes.
